Why write a blog? It is to help keep myself accountable, simple as that!
Why am I doing it? Being told I am pre-diabetic by my HCP.
What program am I doing? Modified Low Carb tweaked to fit my lifestyle. I do not believe a one size fits all. Basically no bread, no sugar, no flour, and no pasta. It goes it little more specific than that, but I am not going there. I could write a book.
Does it work? Yes. I have lost 61lbs in 6 months. Some months I lost more than others. Holidays haven't been easy. I am almost halfway to where I want to be!
I am not going to write much else today! Sharing my before/current photo below. It's not an after photo, since I am not done.
